The starting point

Validate purchases before planning expansion.

Local demand needs to be tested with real customers. The Haji Lane test brought the product mix, pricing and on-site selling together to observe actual buying responses.

Our contribution

01

Organize the product mix

Used hands-on retail experience, including children’s clothing, to prepare products for on-site display and selling.

02

Make the offer clear

Presented visible product information, prices and bundle offers to help customers compare and choose.

03

Record market responses

Used transaction records and on-site feedback to evaluate the product mix and retail approach before further investment.

Real execution · Tangible outcomes

What remained?

The two-week test recorded approximately S$7,000 in sales, alongside feedback on the product mix, pricing and customer response. Further commercial decisions need to consider costs, context and duration.

Sales are shown from existing project records. Historical retail photos are captioned by setting.
